The pictures above are of some para-cord bracelets I decided to make as fastening for my tactical/combat vest idea. Rather than using the normal heavy duty fastenings such as Velcro and clips, I thought of using this method because it is still as strong as regular fastenings but can be customised and changed. As well as that the para-cord could be used when out in the filed if needed. 

These are some of my first attempts at creating patterns and these are all basic starting points and i would like to progress from this stage to more difficult and intricate designs.
